Construction, Renovations, Design, Architecture Firm, General Contractor.

ContractorPV’s mission is streamline the construction, design, and implementation of development in Puerto Vallarta. Whether you want to start from the ground up or renovate an existing space, we are here to help you accomplish your goals. After receiving a degree in Architecture from Universidad Anahuac and launching a national chain of automotive repair shops, Fernando Garcia relocated to Banderas Bay to innovate the inefficient and antiquated construction methods that are prevalent here. Fully bilingual, with a number of projects under his belt, he and his team are ready to create your dream space.

Here’s how we ended the week on our rooftop pool project! 🏗️💦

Building a pool on top of a condominium constructed nearly 20 years ago comes with some unique engineering challenges.

Scroll through the photos to see the specialized rebar connector joints we imported from South Korea. This relatively new technology allows us to securely tie the new structure into the existing building—making a project like this possible.

Follow along as we bring this rooftop pool to life! 🌴

We do not anticipate the homeowner having significant electricity costs from CFE going forward, thanks to the 30 high-efficiency 770 W solar panels installed on the roof during Phase One of our multi-year renovation project. The array is mounted on a custom-engineered steel support structure that is fully integrated into the roof, providing long-term durability while optimizing the panels’ orientation and performance. Special thank you to: nettbeat_bahiaedition for sourcing, coordinating with CFE & the installation of the system.
