Casa Roja.

The entrance to the house is an open space that offers a breathtaking view of the surroundings. It doubles as the house’s central patio, with two walls facing each other, made of a native seed-compositional mix of terracotta adobe blocks. Over time, the seeds will sprout, and the vegetation will transform the walls’ straight lines into a beautiful vertical garden, recreating the idea of the “ruin” that embellishes the 17th-century Haciendas on the central plateau of México.

The “U” shape circulation design facilitates communication between private and public spaces by surrounding the central patio. ✌️

The “La Hacienda” Villalba project was conceived with the unique idea of creating a construction that blends seamlessly with the passage of time. It is a countryside dwelling that appears to “age” gracefully while complementing the natural surroundings. The concept of the “Hacienda Mexicana” was explored to incorporate elements that evoke qualities of a high-quality space: intimate, unexpected, and enigmatic zones were carefully considered.

Behind the scenes, a servant–leader logic takes over. Workshops, storage, and offices sit quietly below mezzanines and balconies that keep a visual thread to the showroom floor — efficient, but never disconnected. A disciplined 10-foot structural grid ties the whole building together, turning structure, circulation, and enclosure into one legible system.

Rational in its bones, refined in its expression. Project Lead Designer: Paul Cremoux W. — developed while at Kor Architects, Seattle

Where the boat becomes the protagonist, not the product.

This dealership and rental facility was conceived around a simple idea: let the vessel command the space. A double-height showroom opens the ground floor into a single immersive volume, full 360° sightlines, controlled circulation, structural openness, so visitors don’t just see the boats, they orbit them. Project Lead Designer: Paul Cremoux W. — developed while at Kor Architects, Seattle
