HVAC Technician Grade 1
Responsibilities
• Install, test, and commission split units, VRF systems, and chillers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and advanced troubleshooting on HVAC systems.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate technical reports and quotations.
• Complete intervention and survey reports and maintain detailed work records.
• Supervise and guide junior technicians and apprentices on job sites.
• Plan and coordinate daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain high-quality standards in all installation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are well maintained and properly used.
• Adhere to the Occupational Health & Safety Act 2022 and all related safety regulations.
• Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and respect.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (basic electronics is an advantage).
• Valid driving licence required.
• Strong sense of accountability, initiative, and professionalism.
HVAC Technician Grade 2
Responsibilities
• Install, test, and commission air conditioning systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Complete service and maintenance reports accurately.
• Support and guide apprentices when required.
• Ensure all work is done safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on-site.
Qualifications
• NTC Level 3 or equivalent in HVAC or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
• Valid driving licence required.
