Responsibilities
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems;
• Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs;
• Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations;
• Manages reports and records as well as explain the actions and procedures carried out with the suggested solutions.
• Completes all documentation for work performed, in a timely manner.
• Oversees and performs the duties associated with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing 1st Fix, 2nd Fix and final Fix.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Location & commitments
Full-time position
Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (occasional overtime may be required).

• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.
• Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance

Responsibilities
• Follow all internal standards to the company for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
• Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
• Maintain clear and organised records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
• Monitor stock replacement levels for all materials to ensure proper levels.
• Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
• Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned Department Heads (HOD’s) and approved by Operations Manager or General Manager or any person designated by the management. It should also be signed by the person collecting the goods and enter into the Inventory
• Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
• Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
• Work with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements.

About the role
As a result of our rapid growth, we’re looking for a drafter to join our drafting technician team to support them in dealing with daily operation/administration tasks. There is a possibly to evolve to the position of operation supervisor.

Responsibilities
• Position is fully responsible for Drafting & Design Shop Drawings and As- built drawings for MEP projects.
• The employee’s responsibility includes drafting, design, drawing and preparation of HVAC, Public Health, Drainage, Fire Fighting layout, small power, lighting layout, power layout, fire alarm, telephone, CCTV, MATV and lightning protection layout.
• Achieving the planning schedules by teamwork, proper planning, and management skills.
