🌲 PINE DECKING? It needs special care!

Unlike hardwoods such as Cumaru, Balau or Ipe, pine is softer and more absorbent, requiring the right preparation, treatment and protection.

At Woodmatters, we understand that every timber is different and we treat it accordingly. 🪵✨

The right care. The right protection. Built to last.

We’ve refurbished many decks over the years, but working at night brings a whole new set of challenges. 🌙

Extra care, precision and attention to detail are essential, especially when working with limited visibility and within tight operating hours.

This particular deck was refurbished over two evenings.

From removing damaged timber and reinforcing weakened bearers, to replacing defective sections, sanding the entire deck and bringing the timber back to life our team worked through the night to get it done. 💪

Another deck restored, strengthened and ready to serve for many more years.

Quality doesn’t stop when the sun goes down.
