John Saladino, the prominent American interior designer passed away in late July 2025 at the age of 86.
He was widely celebrated as a "master of timeless design" for his influential work that blended classical and modern aesthetics.

Saladino has been an enormous influence in my life as an interior designer - particularly his pioneering work that blended classicism with modernism and mixing antiquities and contemporary furnishings.

His career spanned nearly 60 years, during which he designed estates, luxury towers, interiors, gardens, and furniture for prominent clients.

Saladino received the first Lifetime Achievement Award at the Kips Bay President's Dinner in 2017. [wikipedia]
