We wish to inform our clients, partners, and the public that Nluxe Ltée’s CIA certificate has currently been cancelled. As a result, we are not accepting or undertaking any new construction projects at this time.
However, please note that Nluxe Ltée remains operational and continues to serve our existing clients who have valid contracts with the company and whose construction projects are currently ongoing.
WHY WAS THE CIA CERTIFICATE CANCELLED?
Nluxe Ltée has received information concerning complaints submitted to the CIA. We maintain that certain complaints contain inaccurate or false information and that the company was not given a proper opportunity to present its full version and supporting documentation before the cancellation.
We have retained relevant documentation, correspondence, contracts, and other evidence relating to these matters.
Nluxe Ltée intends to take the appropriate legal and administrative steps with the relevant authorities to challenge the decision and seek a proper review of the matter.
Our objective is to resolve this situation as quickly as possible and to have our CIA certificate reinstated, subject to the outcome of the relevant procedures.
CONCERNING SOCIAL MEDIA PUBLICATIONS
We are also aware of various publications and comments circulating on social media concerning Nluxe Ltée, its Director, Mr. Gulshan K. Soorjun, and his family.
We respect the right of individuals to express genuine opinions and raise legitimate concerns. However, the publication or circulation of false, defamatory, threatening, or misleading statements about the company, its Director, employees, or family members will not be ignored.
Where appropriate, Nluxe Ltée and/or the persons concerned reserve the right to report such matters to the relevant authorities, including the CCID/Cybercrime Unit, and to take any other appropriate legal action available under the law.
We kindly ask everyone to verify information before sharing or publishing allegations on social media.
We remain committed to our existing clients and to resolving this matter through the appropriate legal and administrative channels.
