Project Spotlight – St Geran Villas: Our team played a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards for this prestigious project.
RIOF’s Role:
We were employed by the main architect to provide comprehensive quality control for 51 high-end villas. Our hands-on approach included weekly inspections and the full snag and de-snag process. We meticulously inspected all aspects of construction—architectural, structural, and MEP—and leveraged the Letsbuild platform to track and manage all defects. This data-driven process allowed us to pinpoint exactly which trades were experiencing recurring issues...
Key Accomplishments:
• Managed quality control and snagging for 51 high-end villas, ensuring the project met a very high standard.
• Successfully identified and helped resolve recurring issues, tracking problems from the foundational elements of the project all the way through to the final, detailed finishes.
