Villa M22 is moving ahead at a great pace.

Since our last update, the roof is now complete, the structure is more defined, and the exterior spaces are starting to take shape around the pool and golf-side setting.

Another strong step forward as this beautiful villa continues to come together.

Villa M22 is taking shape fast. 🏗️

With the structure well defined, the roof is now being tiled and the pool area is clearly coming together. You can really start to feel the home’s final silhouette.

Next steps: push the roofing phase forward, close up the façades, and keep building out the exterior details. All with that golf-course backdrop in the distance.

A first look inside Villa V18 — the living and dining spaces where clean lines, warm timber tones and natural light set the mood from the moment you walk in.

A big part of what you see here comes down to the details: Maison d'Isle crafted the furniture and interior finishes throughout the villa, with the overall design and architectural vision led by Morris&Co.

V69 has officially been handed over, and it’s a proud moment for everyone involved.

What started as a construction site is now a finished home with a clean modern look, beautiful stone details, and an outdoor space that really brings it all together.
