TWS Architects CC From design to construction, TWS Architects is a professional outfit specialising in the new development and alteration of residential homes.

TWS Architects was established as a response to the confinements of a firm, when principal architect, Johan Le Roux, left to start his own business in the image of the vision he held for himself and architecture. Today, over 200 projects later, accreditation from such authoritative voices as Home Owners and Top Billing and 17 years experience in the business, that endeavour has come to be shared a

nd refined. Our efforts remain directed towards the creation of buildings that truly inspire, with sensitivity to the client’s ideal dream home. Within these years, Bilt Projects was also established and integrated, a construction business that has, in turn, paved the way into property development for us; together with the architectural firm, we offer a holistic approach to discovering the dream home and making it a reality under one main eye of supervision and implementation. Our tenure in construction has now reached over a decade with a strong, enduring trust from our clients in our ability to deliver. Time was that, back in the 1940s, there was a motor town on the southern side of Eloff Street where those who wanted a dazzling new American car would go, to stroll through showroom after showroom. The Rolls Royce showroom was Chrysler House, taking up a whole block.

Documenting the external snags for Bomela, a new UJ student res, turned out to be quite an adrenaline rush, having to climb three stories using a very tall ladder and some support! needless to say, the view was beautiful and the climb down was far easier than one would have thought!
