Contemporary Tropical Residence | Flic en Flac, Mauritius
A contemporary residence designed around the relationship between architecture, landscape, light, and tropical living.
The design explores clean geometric forms, natural materiality, generous glazing, and strong indoor–outdoor connections, creating spaces that respond to the warm Mauritian climate while maintaining a sense of privacy and comfort.
The central courtyard and swimming pool become an extension of the living spaces, bringing nature, daylight, and movement into the heart of the home. Vertical timber elements and stone textures introduce warmth and contrast against the minimalist architectural form.
