DLB Construction is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Site Supervisor to support our construction projects while upholding our high standards of quality, safety and excellence.

Working under the supervision of the Site Manager, the ideal candidate should have a good understanding of construction site operations and the ability to coordinate workers, subcontractors and site activities effectively.

𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨

• Supervise daily site works

• Monitor progress against work schedules

• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and procedures

• Support Health and Safety requirements on site

• Coordinate workers, materials and subcontractors

• Report site issues, delays and progress updates

• Help ensure quality, efficiency and discipline across site operations

• At least 5 years’ experience in the construction field

• Good knowledge of construction methods and site supervision

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Valid driving licence

At Botanic Bay in Grand Baie, our project team completed the structure phase, consisting of three apartment blocks and 15 residences, between September 2025 and March 2026. The team is confident that the project will be completed on schedule by October 2026, thanks to strong organisation, professional planning, and consistent quality control.

From manpower deployment and just-in-time logistics to daily site coordination, every operation reflects accountability, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

À travers les différents chantiers de DLB Construction, Vishal Bhogun veille chaque jour à la coordination des opérations avec une même exigence : efficacité, organisation et qualité d’exécution. Avec 18 années d’expérience au sein de l’entreprise, il occupe aujourd’hui le poste d’Operations Manager, un rôle central qui demande vision d’ensemble, réactivité et sens du terrain.

Derrière son approche structurée et son calme se dessine une personnalité attachée au respect, à l’évolution constante et à la recherche de solutions concrètes.

En décembre dernier, un groupe de jeunes a découvert Rodrigues grâce à une initiative portée par l’Les Enfants Joyeux.

Changer d’horizon, c’est souvent changer de regard. Sortir du quotidien, partager, apprendre… autant d’expériences qui marquent durablement.

Ces actions ouvrent des perspectives, renforcent la confiance et éveillent des ambitions.

Today, we are pleased to acknowledge the consistent 5-year long contribution of a valued member of our Finance team.

Since joining DLB Construction on 26 April 2021 as an Accountant, Renouka has played an important role in supporting the company’s financial operations. Her work requires accuracy, organisation and a strong sense of responsibility - qualities she demonstrates consistently in her day-to-day responsibilities.

𝙊̂ 𝙋𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙩 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙘: 𝘼 𝙏𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝘿𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙀𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩

We are pleased to see Ô Petit Parc come to completion.

Set within a preserved natural landscape, the development comprises 30 apartments and 6 penthouses across five low-rise blocks, built to follow the site’s existing topography. We delivered the scheme with a landscaped communal park and pool forming the social anchor of the neighbourhood, connected through shaded pedestrian pathways that support walkability and everyday interaction. Built with careful attention to the site and its natural features, the result is a living environment not simply set beside a garden, but intrinsically woven into it, serene, permeable and closely connected to its context.

Particular attention was given on site to how the different elements come together, from anchoring the buildings into the terrain to ensuring consistency across the different phases of construction.
