ARC Studio ARCstudio Ltd was set up primarily as an architectural restoration consultancy firm.

From conception it put the importance of Cultural Heritage and the preservation of cultural identities at its heart. Malta, being strategically located in the Mediterranean Sea at the crossroads of cultures and civilisations is endowed with a substantial number of cultural and heritage sites. Despite, that in the past their importance was underestimated or neglected due to other priorities, the cu

rrent situation has changed drastically. Malta’s EU accession has opened up new funding opportunities, and with the government’s 2018 vision to establish Malta as a centre of excellence including in the tourism sector, the need to restore and conserve the cultural and historical heritage of Malta has finally gained its rightful significance. The market is expected to grow considerably and the architectural revolution is set to continue with ever-increasing importance it plays in communities. Restoration and conservation will always play a significant role in Malta due to the unprecedented number of cultural and historical sites. Nowadays ARCstudio gives importance to several other fields of the built environment. Architecture and Urban design, Environmental design and engineering, Interior design, Project management and MEPA consultancy have become merged with ARCstudio’s raison d'être – restoration and conservation. Hence ARCstudio provides its clients with a one-stop shop service to bring their dreams and ideas into reality with the least financial burdens.

ARCstudio has obtained a planning permit for BirdLife Malta to bring a full upgrade for its bird watching hide at the Għadira Nature Reserve.
The current facility is not responding to today’s needs. It will be replaced with a new accessible to all, sympathetic to its surroundings and made of recycled / reused materials, including a planted roof.

ARCstudio is currently working on the design to replace the current new bird watching hide (in photo) at the Għadira Nature Reserve for BirdLife Malta.

Just to remind all of our followers! ARCstudio has officially moved to a brand new location in Ta'Xbiex! Our new headquarters are situated at 2 Ajiree Court, 1st floor, Triq Testaferrata, Ta'Xbiex, XBX 1402.

Our new office is not only spacious and modern, but also boasts street views from the balcony. You'll be able to soak in the beauty of the surrounding area, and take in sweeping views. It's the perfect setting to inspire creativity and innovation for our talented team of architects.

We are thrilled to continue this new chapter for our business, and can't wait to welcome all of our clients and partners to our new location. We believe that with this move, we have taken a huge step towards enhancing the services we offer to our clients, and providing them with the best experience possible.

Today we had the honour to present Fr Marcellino Micallef founder of Soup Kitchen OFM - Valletta and the Franciscan Minors with a brass plaque in recognition for having the foresight and courage to turning a forgotten space into a successfully run soup kitchen and community gathering place. This project carried out by ARC Studio was the winner of the Rehabilitation and Conservation award for this year's edition.
