🧰 Work Experience
-3–5+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably with supervisory or team-lead responsibilities.
-Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
-Experience managing technicians, contractors, and maintenance schedules.
-Experience with machinery, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, building systems, or other relevant equipment.
⚙️ Technical Skills
-Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
-Ability to troubleshoot equipment faults and identify root causes.
-Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs.
-Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.
-Familiarity with maintenance management systems/CMMS.
-Understanding of health, safety, and environmental requirements.
-Ability to manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance inventory.
👥 Supervisory Skills
-Ability to lead, train, and motivate maintenance personnel.
-Assign work and monitor technicians' performance.
-Plan daily, weekly, and emergency maintenance activities.
-Coordinate contractors and external service providers.
-Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.
-Monitor maintenance costs and control unnecessary expenditure.
