🚧 YES Services Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced Construction Foreman to join our team.
Main responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate construction works on site.
• Lead and manage site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are carried out according to plans, specifications and required standards.
• Monitor progress, quality and productivity on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are strictly followed.
• Identify and address any issues arising during construction works.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials and progress.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and site practices.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and plans.
• Good leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A responsible and hands-on approach to work.
• A valid driving license will be considered an asset.
