🔴 Job Requirements
✔ Must be a holder B.E (Civil)
✔ At Least 4-5 years experience in related field
✔ Excellent computer skills with Microsoft word, excel, power point, adobe PageMaker, internet and email
✔ Must be used AutoCAD
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Problem Solving Skills
✔ Salary - Nego (Based on Experience)
🔴 Job Responsibility
📌 Can estimate quantity of materials and labours according to design
📌 Can estimate quantity of materials and labours for tender process
📌 Can estimate quantity of materials and labours rate for budget control
📌 Preparing bill for sub- contractors payment process
(by checking regular site visit if needed)
📌 Prepare and check the suppliers quotation and material order
📌 Calling tender or quotation for sub-con work
Working Hour : 9 am to 5 pm
Working Days : Monday To Sat
