This transition provides a smooth pedestrian approach, a calm, welcoming experience. Even upon crossing the doorstep, the user first encounters a “dirty hallway” – a practical space that marks the shift into the “clean” area.

A symmetrical floor plan creates balance and harmony between the individual units. Each square meter is purposefully designed to fit the needs of future residents. No leftovers.
