Zašto Muo?
Neke lokacije ne birate samo zbog pogleda. Birate ih zbog načina na koji se u njima živi. Muo je jedna od njih.
U Muo-u jutra počinju mirnije. Zaliv je tih, svjetlost se polako spušta niz planine, a preko vode se budi Kotor. Grad je dovoljno blizu da bude dio svakodnevice, a opet postoji ona prijatna distanca koja Muo-u daje sopstveni ritam.
More ispred vas. Stari grad na svega nekoliko minuta. Šetnja uz obalu, mirnija jutra i večeri u kojima se pogled mijenja zajedno sa svjetlom.
Upravo zbog te ravnoteže između blizine i mira odabrali smo Muo za jedan od naših projekata.
Jer za nas dobra lokacija nije samo tačka na mapi.
To je ono što vidite kada otvorite prozor. Kako izgleda put kući. Gdje pijete prvu kafu. I kakav osjećaj imate kada se dan završi.

Why Muo?
There’s something about waking up by the Bay.
The water is often at its calmest, the mountains catch the first light, and across the shore, Kotor slowly comes to life. Close enough to be part of it all, yet just far enough away to feel removed from the pace of the town.
That’s what makes Muo special.
Days here can begin by the water and end watching the light disappear behind the mountains. The Old Town is only minutes away, but home still feels quiet, private and distinctly its own.
When we choose a location, we look beyond an address. We think about the life that will happen around it — the morning coffee, the walk home, the view you’ll see every day and the feeling of returning to a place that feels right.
Our residence in Muo was created in exactly that kind of setting.
