Our projects are result of deep analysis and experiments of all factors related to the creation of a certian project. In this way we recognize the values that re

Thank you Gradnja.rs for publishing and sharing the story of our project — Storia di Pietra Winery & Events Hall on the southern slopes of Lovćen.

Set in Mirac, above Kotor and the Bay of Boka, the project brings together two different architectural characters: a production winery embedded into the terrain, and a transparent events hall opened toward the landscape. The result is a dialogue between stone and glass, mass and lightness, tradition and contemporary use.

Architecture shaped by movement, noise and context.

Located in Radanovići, along one of the busiest sections of the Adriatic Highway, this hotel is conceived as a direct architectural response to its surroundings.

The programme is divided into three distinct geometric volumes. Two dominant rectangular blocks accommodate the hotel functions, while a circular volume positioned between them contains the multifunctional hall and the wellness & spa centre.

This composition does more than organise the programme. It creates an internal micro-urban environment — a quieter, green central zone protected from the intensity of the surrounding road.

Facing the highway, the building is wrapped in a double-skin façade. A perforated aluminium outer layer defines its public identity while providing an additional acoustic barrier.

Inside, the architecture changes character. The protective external skin disappears and the building opens towards the central courtyard, where the circular volume finished in façade brick becomes the main architectural motif.

A project in which form, material and spatial organisation emerge directly from context.

How do you give new life to a fortress without erasing what it remembers?

Set on Lastavica Island at the entrance to the Bay of Kotor, Mamula is both an extraordinary work of 19th-century military engineering and a place marked by painful wartime history.

The architectural approach began with restraint: preserve the fortress geometry, stone fabric, casemates, cisterns, moat and historic paths; restore damaged elements; and introduce new functions only where they could remain subordinate to the historic whole.

Contemporary interventions were designed as light, legible and largely reversible layers. Glass, steel, underground service spaces and green roofs distinguish the new from the old without competing with the island silhouette. A public Historic and Memorial Gallery was integrated into the programme so that the site's past remains present and accessible.

Jewish Cultural Centre | Podgorica, Montenegro

The Jewish Cultural Centre in Podgorica is conceived as an architecture of symbols, memory and belonging.

Located below Ljubović Hill in the Zabjelo district, the building introduces a new place of gathering, culture, worship and institutional identity for the Jewish Community of Montenegro.

The architectural concept is shaped by the Menorah, the ancient seven-branched candelabrum and one of the most recognisable symbols of Jewish identity. Its geometry is expressed through the layered walls of the street and rear façades, transforming the building envelope into a carrier of meaning.

A second symbolic layer is formed through twelve external walls, referencing the twelve tribes of Israel. This idea continues through twelve circular façade openings with stained-glass panels depicting the emblems of the tribes.

The building stands on a plinth shaped by the Star of David, while the synagogue is oriented toward Jerusalem. At the same time, its contact with the Montenegrin karst landscape creates a dialogue between Jewish identity and the territory of Montenegro.

The façade adds another tactile and spiritual dimension: its final layer incorporates desert sand from the surroundings of Jerusalem, allowing visitors to come into direct contact with a material connected to the origins of the Jewish people.

St. Stasije Market and Square | Kotor

Located at the curved edge of an urban block in St. Stasije, the project creates a new public threshold for the neighbourhood - a place that can be understood as both its beginning and its conclusion.

The concept brings together two connected public spaces: the market on the lower level and the square above it. Rather than treating them as separate functions, the design transforms them into two complementary urban scenes shaped by movement, exchange and everyday encounters.

The geometry develops from the centre of a semicircle, where a stone fountain symbolises water as the source of life. From this point, the paving expands radially across the square, establishing a direct visual and spatial relationship with the market below.

Quiet seating areas and Mediterranean landscaping create a green buffer between the two levels, balancing the active character of the market with spaces for rest and gathering.

Completed in 2024 for the Municipality of Kotor.

Hidden infrastructure in Tivat is being given a new cultural life.

On the southeastern edge of the Great City Park in Tivat lies a complex of underground water reservoirs built in 1898 — part of an infrastructure system that supplied this area with water for decades.

Following detailed research into the history, construction method, spatial organization, and current condition of the structure, the reconstruction project proposes a new public function for this almost forgotten space.

The former reservoirs, already architecturally powerful and spatially distinctive, are transformed into an exhibition space dedicated to the history of the Great City Park, the urban development of Tivat, and its industrial heritage.

The aim of the intervention is not only to restore the structure, but to reintegrate it into the contemporary life of the city — through a careful relationship between heritage, research, and a new public purpose.

Architecture does not erase the past here. It makes it visible.

Storia di Pietra Winery & Events Hall — Mirac, Kotor

On the southern slopes of Lovćen, above Kotor and the Bay of Boka, architecture becomes part of the landscape.

For , Enforma designed a winery and events hall shaped by two different worlds: the quiet, technical life of wine production below, and the open, light-filled atmosphere of celebration above.

The winery is embedded into the hillside, following the logic of traditional Montenegrin dry-stone walls — suha međa. Its stone mass provides stability, protection, and natural thermal performance for the production spaces.

Above it, a transparent glass hall opens toward the Bay of Boka and the sea beyond, creating a place for weddings, gatherings, and moments connected to both landscape and tradition.
