DAR AL MAQAM

DAR AL MAQAM

DAR Al Maqam — a place to rediscover serenity, where the heritage of memory meets the calm of the present.

Designed with a contemporary Arabic spirit, Al Maqam House places privacy and social spaces at the heart of a balanced living experience, bringing together a sense of belonging and meaningful connection.

At its heart, an exceptional open space evokes the warmth of cherished memories through traditional Arabic seating and inviting lounge areas. Trees are integrated into the architectural composition, shaping a setting where shifting shadows and the gentle sounds of birds create a tranquil connection with nature and the simplicity of everyday

CANARY HOUSES 03| Vip

Designed to offer an exceptional VIP hospitality experience, this contemporary composition brings together privacy, openness, and refined architectural details.

The journey begins at the entrance, where the architecture gradually reveals its identity. At the heart of the design, the pool becomes the focal point, connecting the surrounding spaces through layered views, submerged seating, children's pools, and a seamlessly integrated elevated service bar.

A private guest annex adds another dimension of exclusivity, while pure white finishes, blue waters, and open skies evoke a serene tropical atmosphere.

A refined architectural retreat where simplicity meets luxury.

When details become a moment of stillness…
Canary Houses 02 , where luxury is experienced through simplicity

In Canary House 02, the pool is positioned at the heart of the composition, creating a distinctive architectural experience around which the chalet’s spaces and details unfold. From within, the views are carefully oriented toward the water, allowing the scene to shift between reflections on the pool, intimate seating areas, and the openness of the sky — creating a visual experience that continuously changes as one moves through the space.

A water passage extends from the heart of the pool between the bedrooms, becoming a connecting element between the different volumes and giving movement through the chalet a sense of refined hospitality. Here, water is not simply an exterior feature, but an integral part of the experience.

In Canary 02, every detail is designed to reinforce this experience — from the outdoor shower, embraced by a cylindrical stone volume, to the sunken seating areas that merge seamlessly with the pool edge, creating a harmonious composition that enhances the presence of water while providing a sense of privacy and luxury.

Every detail is designed to enrich the experience, and every space opens onto a new view… allowing the architecture itself to become part of the stay.

𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐭 𝐀𝐥-𝐌𝐚𝐪𝐚𝐦 | When heritage meets the spirit of family, architecture becomes more than a collection of details; it becomes a story told through spaces, preserved within the walls of the home as part of its lasting memory.

𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 (B) -Tripoli
A vision extending from Elthron in Derna to Tripoli, carrying a coastal identity expressed through Mediterranean architectural vocabulary and diverse compositions. Each hospitality unit has its own character, while sharing a unified design spirit.
At Canary House Tripoli, we created a seamless connection between architecture, movement, water, and outdoor spaces, allowing the experience to unfold through a sequence of interconnected views.
At Canary House 03, the journey begins with the pool, positioned alongside the façade and becoming an integral part of the architectural composition.
As movement continues, the boundaries between interior and exterior gradually dissolve, creating a continuous experience designed to be discovered and lived.

CANARY HOUSES

In this scene, architecture becomes an extension of everyday life—
pure white volumes are layered with the texture of stone and surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, creating a quiet dialogue between privacy and openness, solidity and softness.
