يسعدنا أن نعلن عن فوز شركة تراس للتصميم والاستشارات الهندسية (Terrace Design Studio) بالمركز الثالث في مسابقة تصميم المبنى الرئيسي لمصرف الأندلس بمدينة طرابلس 🇱🇾

ويأتي هذا الإنجاز تقديرًا للجهود الكبيرة التي بذلها فريق التصميم لدينا، الذين قدّموا رؤية معمارية متميزة تلتزم بقوانين المسابقة ومتطلباتها الفنية والوظيفية، وتعكس في الوقت ذاته الهوية الليبية بروح معاصرة تجمع بين الأصالة والابتكار.

This achievement reflects the dedication, creativity, and professionalism of our talented design team, who presented a comprehensive architectural vision that fully complied with the competition regulations and project requirements, while capturing a modern expression of Libyan identity and culture.

We are proud to share that Terrace Design Studio has been awarded Third Prize in the Smart City Conceptual Master Plan Competition held in Tripoli, Libya 🇱🇾.

Our proposal envisioned a next-generation urban ecosystem — a city designed around people, technology, and sustainability. The plan integrates:
🌿 Green networks and public plazas for human interaction
⚙️ Smart infrastructure and mobility corridors
🏢 Mixed-use clusters promoting innovation and collaboration
🌞 Climate-responsive design emphasizing Libyan identity

This achievement reflects our continuous passion for innovative, future-ready design that connects architectural intelligence with social and environmental well-being.

A big thank you to the organizing committee and to our creative team whose dedication brought this vision to life.

We are seeking a talented and motivated 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝟑 𝐭𝐨 𝟒 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a a solid technical foundation, and proven experience using AutoCAD and Revit in architectural projects.⁣
⁣
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:⁣
- Develop and produce architectural drawings and documentation through all project phases.⁣
- Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and clients to deliver high-quality design solutions.⁣
- Use AutoCAD and Revit to create accurate, detailed models and drawings.⁣
- Assist in coordinating construction documents, permits, and specifications.⁣
- Participate in design reviews and client presentations.⁣

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:⁣
> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.⁣
> 3–4 years of relevant architectural experience.⁣
> Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must.⁣
> Familiarity with building codes, standards, and construction methods.⁣
> Strong communication and organizational skills.⁣
> Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.⁣
> Experience with additional design tools is a plus.⁣

We are proud to share that our proposal, developed in collaboration with AGAR Architecture Design Studio, blends contemporary architecture with cultural depth—drawing inspiration from Tripoli’s historic urban fabric while introducing a bold, modern identity for a vital national institution.

Our design emphasizes:
• A dialogue between natural stone textures and sleek modern glazing
• Fluid, welcoming interiors inspired by the Libyan landscape
• A strong civic presence that respects and complements its heritage surroundings
