Precision instead of improvisation on site.

Frame House manufactures the load-bearing timber frame of a house, engineered for a specific project, architectural design and structural loads.

Our engineers adapt each project to the timber-frame system, while all components are cut on CNC machines with an accuracy of ±0.5–1 mm and individually marked according to the assembly plan.

The structure is made from C24 strength-graded timber.
What does the client get?

Precision — critical dimensions are defined at the factory.
Predictable assembly — less cutting and manual adjustment on site.

Architectural freedom — different shapes and layouts can be adapted to the system.

Structural reliability — areas exposed to higher loads are reinforced according to engineering calculations.

The frame is lightweight, does not require the settlement period typical of traditional solid-timber construction, and allows insulation to be efficiently integrated into the wall structure.

Maximum precision in production — minimum improvisation on site.

Already have your own house design?

In the video, you can see one of our clients from Italy who came to visit the Frame House factory in person.

Visits like this are especially important to us: clients can see how the production works from the inside, watch how the frame of their future home is manufactured, ask our specialists questions, and assess the materials and assembly technology firsthand.

We do not hide our production process behind catalogues and visualisations. Here, you can see every stage — from preparing individual components to the finished structures.

145 m² for €71,802.95 — and the project can be adapted to suit you.

The Netherlands C is a single-storey home with a total area of 145 m², featuring panoramic glazing and plenty of natural light.

The focus here is not on unnecessary square metres, but on a practical layout, spacious living areas and a greater sense of openness throughout the home.

The price of the timber frame in the PASSIVE specification is €71,802.95 excluding VAT.

At Frame House, PASSIVE is more than just a name. We use 70 mm timber, precision factory-cut joints, bonded connections and reinforced Torx screws up to 200 mm long, so the frame works as one integrated structure.
And you do not have to keep the project exactly as it appears in the catalogue. The Netherlands C can be adapted to your plot, your family’s needs and your preferred layout.

Fresh footage from our site in Italy.

The Frame House team assembled the factory-made timber frame on our client’s site. The photos show different stages of the assembly process directly on site.

We’re sharing a few moments from the build and will continue to show you how construction of this house progresses.

Not all timber frames are built the same.

In this video, you can see a second-storey wall being assembled at the Frame House factory.

And it clearly shows one of the key differences in our construction method: we use 70 mm-thick structural timber for our frames.

Why does it matter?

The frame carries loads from the floors, upper storeys and roof. The greater its rigidity, the more stable the structure remains under load and the less movement it experiences throughout the life of the house.

It is possible to reduce the amount of timber and lower production costs. At Frame House, we choose not to do that.

70 mm is not an optional reinforcement or a paid upgrade. It is part of our standard construction technology.

A facade can be renewed. Windows can be replaced. Interiors can be redesigned. But once the house is finished, the frame will remain inside the walls for decades.

Since 2003, Frame House has manufactured timber frames for more than 2,000 homes across Europe. Our principle has remained the same: we do not cut costs on the part of the house that supports the entire structure.

🏡 A new video testimonial from our client Christophe Dufour in France 🇫🇷

One of the key features of this project is its non-standard wall structure. At the client’s request, traditional OSB-3 sheathing was replaced with timber diagonal bracing to provide the structural stability of the frame.

This solution allowed Christophe to select and install the insulation material of his choice during the subsequent stages of construction.

For our part, we adapted the house structure to the client’s individual requirements and manufactured the timber frame in accordance with the agreed technical solution.

🎥 Watch the video to hear Christophe’s thoughts on the result of our collaboration.
