But because we build real homes, not compromises, we didn't just slap them on the outside. We took it one step further and seamlessly integrated the entire mechanism directly into the wooden wall frame. Why did we design it this way?

Our first-ever 2-part tiny house is officially complete! 🥂✨

What a milestone for our little workshop! This is our very first house built using two separate modules, and seeing it fully assembled on-site makes us incredibly proud of our team.

Here is how the space breaks down:
🏡 Main Module: Features the heart of the home—the kitchen, bathroom, and 2 cozy lofts.
🚪 Extension Module: Houses the main entrance, a spacious entry wardrobe, and a private ground-floor bedroom.

Both modules were delivered and unloaded in just one single day! From there, our craftsmen spent 5 days joining them seamlessly together and connecting all the utilities. To keep that ground-floor bedroom feeling extra cozy and isolated, we separated the modules with a sleek sliding door for ultimate privacy. 🌟

This 2-module system is a total game-changer. By joining two structures directly on the foundation, it unlocks so many variations for the interior layout—whether you need a ground-floor bedroom, a separate home office, or isolated living zones.

No time to rest, though! Another 2-part house is already in the works and heading to Germany later this fall. 🇩🇪🛠️

Smart Tiny House: Cross-Border Innovation in Action!

We recently hosted our Estonian partners from Mobi Lab Mobi Lab right here in Latvia for our 2nd face-to-face meeting! It was an intensive and productive two days dedicated to pushing the boundaries of sustainable, smart living.

📍 Highlights from the Visit:

🏚️Demo House Inspection: We gathered at tinyhouse.lv to tour the property and the demo house. It was a fantastic opportunity to see the physical progress of our pilot site.

⚒️Smart Integration: Hands-on sessions led by Martin and Veiko focused on cable application for smart house functionality, ensuring our tiny houses are as intelligent as they are efficient.

🖊️Strategic Alignment: We reviewed the progress of every work package, ensuring our joint Estonian-Latvian efforts are perfectly synced to deliver standardized, integrated smart home packages.

A big thank you to both teams for the energy and expertise brought to the table! 🙌

1-2-3 READY!

Our first ever 2-module tiny house will be heading to it's owners next week! All wrapped up and ready for the transit.

This time we will also be sending our crew to assemble the two modules that will eventually form a tiny house with all the classic features and a bedroom downstairs. Cant'wait!

Magic portal - what is that?✨Well, at times we must get creative...!

This time in order to continue work on our demo house for the European project we had to come up with a solution of how to do it even if the tiny house is already out of the workshop. Since our workshop is made of wood we could cut through the wall, build a little tunnel and voila - we can easily access the demo house for any work that is still ongoing whilst we work on our client's tiny homes in the workshop!

Wood is an excellen material, versatile, natural and warm, besides - it gives flexibility like no other material. After the demo house is finished the workshop wall will be repaired back to its original state.

Soon there will be some updates on how the EU project house is progressing - keep an eye out for that!

🪵The workshop floor is clear, but not for long! To make room for the new build - a spacious 44 sqm, two-part home destined for Germany - we’ve been busy rearranging our current projects awaiting their shipping day.

You might have noticed our black demo house moving outside—it’s part of a special EU project! We chose this striking finish to perfectly blend with the existing buildings on our property.

Our small builds are rooted in Latvian craftsmanship and designed for a full-time, high-quality lifestyle. Whether it’s a compact retreat or a permanent home, every build starts with the same commitment to sustainable wood and energy efficiency. Quick reminder: our homes are crafted with a solid wooden base intended for a permanent foundation, ensuring the robust quality of a traditional house in a tiny footprint.
