Every day, experienced plumbers retire, change careers, or leave the industry—and when they do, decades of knowledge often leave with them.

The biggest threat facing the plumbing trade isn’t technology.

It isn’t AI.

It isn’t a lack of tools.

It’s knowledge loss.

The skills, troubleshooting methods, field experience, and practical lessons that can’t be learned from a textbook are disappearing faster than they’re being passed on.

That’s one of the reason PSFS needs Pantership needs support to metain those people as consultant,PSFS have worked for most of the government officials, they are our references,Former Chief of staff, former D. E .A, BOSS, Deputy police inspector, Asistant HR at C.B.L ETC...

That is opportunity to help train the next generation of plumbers and share the lessons that were passed down to us throughout our career.

Our company needs more mentorship, more investors, more partners,we can do any kind of plumbing, pvc,GI,ppr etc. Liberian wake up
