We proudly present Project D191, a 5,100 SqFt contemporary tropical residence combining modern architecture, natural materials, and climate-responsive design. Inspired by Contemporary Tropical Architecture with Modern Vernacular influences, the residence features a prominent pitched roof, deep overhangs, warm timber finishes, textured walls, and expansive glazing.
The dramatic double-height glazed façade highlights the exposed roof structure while maximizing natural light. Curved architectural openings, decorative screens, brick accents, balconies, pergolas, and integrated tropical landscaping add depth and character. D191 creates a refined relationship between architecture and nature, delivering a sophisticated, functional, and timeless home designed for comfortable modern tropical living.
