- First Floor: 764 sqft — includes private bedrooms and a scenic balcony that opens to the lush surroundings.
- Second Floor: 160 sqft — a compact water tank level, seamlessly integrated into the overall structure.
The architectural style features a blend of flat and sloped roofs, large windows for natural light, and elegant wooden accents. The diamond-shaped vertical window element adds a unique signature to the façade, while the multi-level roofline enhances both form and function. - දෙවැනි මහල: වර්ග අඩි 160 — ජල ටැංකිය සඳහා නිර්මාණය කළ කුඩා අවකාශයක්,
