At this project site, the existing ground conditions presented a challenge due to loose Clay soil at the surface to few feet underneath. Further investigation revealed a strong rock layer located approximately 4 to 8 feet below the existing ground level.
To address this, our structural engineers designed a ground improvement solution to ensure long-term stability. The soil was strengthened by compacting quarry dust and forming concrete cylinders, allowing the footing to safely rest above and align with the required pressure bulb.
The images showcase the complete process, including reinforcement detailing, precise formwork installation, and high-quality concreting works. Throughout every stage, we strictly maintained engineering specifications and quality standards to deliver a safe, durable, and reliable foundation.
Quality, engineering expertise, and attention to detail remain at the core of our construction process.
