Sathuta Builders Sathuta Builders (Pvt) Ltd is a CIDA CS2 Grade building construction company specialising in design, construction, and consultancy services.

We also undertake real estate development projects. We, Sathuta Builders (Pvt) Ltd, are the independent operating company of the "Sathuta Group" dealing with "Construction related activities."

“Sathuta Builders” was formed in late 1970’s as a general construction contractor, executing construction works of buildings, roads & irrigation canals & structures in the Sri Lanka’s largest multipurpose

project-Mahaweli Development Project. By the end of 2001 SATHUTA was operating throughout the Sri Lanka, as a leading construction firm. Sathuta Builders (Pvt) Ltd is seeking experienced and responsible individuals to join our construction project teams in the Western, North Western, and Sabaragamuwa Provinces.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience (IQSSL-accredited degree), or HND (QS) / NCT (QS) with 4 years of experience, or equivalent.
• Experience in building construction projects.
• Preference will be given to candidates with site work experience.
• Experience with SBD 2 and SBD 4 would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
• Preparation and checking of main contract and subcontractor bills.
• Preparation of monthly cost reports and monitoring of project costs.

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in internal/external auditing, accounting, or a similar role.
