Key Responsibilities

* Manage company vehicles, heavy machinery, batching plants, crushers, and construction equipment.
* Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs.
* Monitor fleet performance, fuel usage, and operating costs.
* Coordinate repairs, servicing, breakdowns, and workshop operations.
* Maintain maintenance records and statutory compliance.
* Supervise mechanics, drivers, operators, and workshop staff.
* Ensure maximum equipment availability for uninterrupted operations.
* Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.
* Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

* Degree, Diploma, NVQ, or Technical Qualification in Mechanical, Automobile, Plant Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience in construction vehicles, heavy machinery, fleet, or plant maintenance is an advantage.
* Fresh graduates, diploma holders, and technically qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
* Good leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Computer literacy and report writing skills.
