A key discussion focused on Colombo Port City as an emerging magnet for real estate developers, and how Sri Lanka can position itself to attract a share of global real estate investment. The session created an important platform to examine investor confidence, development potential, market readiness, and the need for coordinated action between public institutions, developers, professionals, and investors.
