Who, what & why?

We are a start up company founded by Shanelle and Constantin who made the big move to Sri Lanka all the way from London Town. Constantin our Senior Partner & Consultant brings 8 years of experience in the field of construction, building homes from the ground up, working/managing large construction sites ranging from tower blocks to blocks of flats in London. Shanelle, a banker and mortgage adviser believes that there is tremendous scope for improvement and opportunity here in Sri Lanka to set themselves apart in the field of construction.

What makes us different? Constantin bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience which translates to us being efficient and productive in our work. After conducting extensive research we realised that in many projects across Sri Lanka in civil environment the skill is available however the knowledge and utilisation of different materials/techniques is not appreciated. This leads to resources not being utilised or utilised but done poorly leading to the client ultimately loosing out. Here is were we come in with the knowledge and qualifications to do what is best for our clients. We are hands on, meaning we look at the bigger picture and offer you solutions and alternatives. We are transparent at all times, our clients are always informed from beginning to end and finally we deliver.

Why we do what we do? We believe that things can be done differently, more efficiently without compromising on quality. We believe in taking a holistic approach with our clients, subsequently building trust and confidence in getting the job done.

Our services always involve an initial consultation and final recommendation. We focus on woodwork, waterproofing, roofing, renovations and construction on both commercial and civil projects.
