We are glad to share our design of “1029 Residence”

A new residence is under construction between the orange orchards in Al-Bazouriyeh, South Lebanon. The residence was an opportunity to adapt the idea of having an open courtyard that is almost missing in our local contemporary houses. The courtyard is providing an endless, beautiful, and private environment to the owner throughout the landscaping and the huge mirror wall.

We are thrilled to show our design of Sci Bassam Mall which is a large scale project located in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. It’s built with an area of approximately 70,000 sqm distributed over 2 stories above ground, with underground basement and a rooftop. It creates an atmosphere that is welcoming and uplifting to its visitors .

The program of the project includes:

-Retail Shops
-Seatings
-Kiosks
-Kids Zone
-Food Court
-A spacious underground parking
