قبل البدء بالشغل كان السطح مليء بالمشاكل، وبعد ثلاث طبقات من دهان الأكريليك المائي المقاوم للماء أصبح السطح محمي بالكامل.
قمنا بتنظيف السطح جيدًا، إزالة الحديد القديم، معالجة الزوايا بالإسمنت، ثم دهن ثلاث طبقات لضمان حماية طويلة الأمد.
شاهدوا الفرق بين قبل وبعد.

Roof waterproofing:
Project: Two story Villa

Materials:
2 Coats of PU (Polyurethane) + primer, UV resistant, Summer Heat reflector.

Kingfisher Stone Sealer, 3 coats,
Water based.

Work:
Smoothed the surface with diamond disks, using Angle Grinder.
Created rain water channels to the roof drainage.
Cleaned roof with water jet, before applying waterproofing material.

Before (top) to after (below)...
We renovated and waterproofed this terrace...

The terrace is now tiled, like before, its a technical floor now.

There is no grout between the cement tiles now, water passes threw and filters by the 4cm stone below and the geotextile, after that it goes to the drainage under.

We finished this gaming store ARROW, from AtoZ.. black epoxy floor with led lights.. gypsum ceiling painted black with v shape led.. new tough tables, that will handle whatever the gamers will do to it.. new metal shopfront.. bathroom.. also 5he 2nd floor is finished and ready... We made a hidden smoke vantilation that doesn't interfere with the AC...
