From day one, we’ve been part of the solution.

Way back in 1990, as the city of Saida started to heal from the conflicts, wars, and refugee crisis, and as the real estate industry saw an increase in demand eventually creating a boom, the Moati family found itself in the forefront of easing the pain of the people by securing quality yet affordable housing… and the Rihab Residential Projects was born. Fast forward a few years, and a consortium of companies in the construction industry, all belonging to the Moati family, came together to form the now-renowned Moati Group. At Moati Group, we take the build-to-suit approach to meet market demand, all while attending to the affordability concern of the people. Moreover, at Moati Group, we strike a balance between quality, timely delivery, and facilitated financing. One Moati Group company, “Saida for Construction” - or “Saida lil I’mar”, as it’s locally known - is a nationally recognized company that was awarded the Category-1 Status by the Lebanese government. “Saida for Construction” specializes in concrete mixers as well as precast infrastructural concrete parts. When we say big projects, we mean “Saida for Construction.”

Our team of seasoned consultants and engineers along with a department fully dedicated to feasibility studies and BOQs preparation, work very hard to make sure that Moati Group is second to none in the business.
