🚨 WE'RE HIRING — REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
📍 African Region

SIMTEC is expanding its presence across Africa and is looking for an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, build long-term partnerships, and identify new business opportunities across key African markets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities across African markets
- Generate B2B leads and build relationships with contractors, developers, consultants & institutions
- Identify projects early and position SIMTEC before competitors
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through contract award
- Coordinate with engineering and estimation teams on technical proposals
- Negotiate commercial offers and support project closing
- Monitor market trends, tenders, and major industry developments

🔹 Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles
- Experience in engineering, construction, steel structures, or related industries
- Strong network within the construction sector across African markets
- Proven ability to generate leads and secure major B2B projects
- Fluent in English and/or French (bilingual candidates preferred)
- Willingness to travel extensively across Africa
