☀️ Waterproof Solar Pergola | Phase 4: Solar Panels Installation ☀️

A major milestone has now been achieved with the successful installation of the solar panels.

Carefully integrated into the steel structure, the photovoltaic panels transform the pergola into more than just an elegant architectural feature. They provide a sustainable source of clean energy while serving as the waterproof roofing system of the structure.

This phase reflects BUREC CONSTRUCTION's commitment to combining structural engineering, architectural design, and renewable energy into a single integrated solution that enhances both functionality and long-term value.

With the solar panels now in place, the project is entering its final technical phase: the programming and commissioning of the inverter, battery storage system, and the complete photovoltaic installation, ensuring optimal performance, intelligent energy management, and seamless system operation.

☀️ Waterproof Solar Pergola : Phase 3: Protective Coating & White Finish 🎨

The project has now entered the finishing phase.

Over the course of one week, the entire steel structure underwent a comprehensive surface preparation and protection process to ensure long-term durability and a high-quality finish.

All welds and surface imperfections were carefully treated using a steel repair compound and sanded to achieve a smooth and uniform surface. A coat of Fando anti-corrosion primer was then applied to protect the steel against rust and environmental exposure.

Following the preparation works, two coats of white SOLO paint were applied to the entire structure, providing both enhanced protection and a clean architectural appearance that perfectly complements the design of the pergola.

With the painting phase now completed, the project is ready for the next major milestone: the installation of the solar panels, which will transform this structure into a fully integrated waterproof and energy-producing pergola.

The structural framework is now complete with the successful installation of the secondary steel beams.
The pergola has taken its final shape, highlighting the precision and craftsmanship invested in every stage of the project. This important milestone prepares the structure for the next phases of construction.

Next step: application of the white protective coating, followed by the installation of the solar panels that will bring both clean energy production and full waterproofing to the pergola.
