From chilled water solutions to ventilation, building management and safety systems, BUTEC is delivering the full mechanical and electrical scope for the South Tower as the project moves closer to completion. Oceans Umhlanga marks our third project within a 400-metre radius of our Umhlanga offices, further strengthening our footprint in KwaZulu-Natal.

À Oceans Umhlanga, BUTEC assure l’ensemble des installations mécaniques et électriques de la South Tower, notamment les systèmes d’eau glacée, de ventilation, de gestion technique du bâtiment (GTB) et de sécurité. Alors que le projet approche de son achèvement, cette nouvelle réalisation, la troisième de BUTEC dans un rayon de seulement 400 mètres autour de ses bureaux d’Umhlanga, vient renforcer davantage son ancrage au KwaZulu-Natal.

Aux côtés de Marsa Maroc, BUTEC déploie les infrastructures électriques essentielles au fonctionnement du terminal à Conteneurs Ouest, des postes de transformation aux réseaux MT/BT, jusqu’à l’alimentation des équipements portuaires spécialisés.

Alongside Marsa Maroc, BUTEC is delivering the electrical infrastructure essential to the operation of the West Container Terminal, from substations and MV/LV distribution networks to the power supply for specialized port equipment.

Depuis 2022, dans le cadre d’un contrat majeur conclu avec le gouvernement béninois pour la gestion des réseaux de distribution d’eau potable, BUTEC mobilise l’expertise de ses équipes au Maroc et au Bénin afin d’améliorer la performance des systèmes d’alimentation en eau en milieu rural, notamment à travers le diagnostic des réseaux, l’analyse de leurs performances et la détection des pertes.

Under a landmark contract signed with the Beninese Government in 2022 for the management of drinking water distribution networks, BUTEC brings together the expertise of its teams in Morocco and Benin to improve the efficiency and reliability of rural water supply systems through network diagnostics, performance analysis and water-loss detection.

BUTEC contribue, aux côtés d’IRZER BUILDINGS, au projet d’adduction en eau potable du Grand Casablanca par dessalement d’eau de mer. Avec une capacité pouvant atteindre 300 millions de m³ d’eau dessalée par an, le projet contribuera à sécuriser l’approvisionnement en eau potable de la région, avec l’intervention de BUTEC sur des travaux clés en matière d’équipements électriques et hydromécaniques.

BUTEC, alongside IRZER BUILDINGS, is contributing to one of Greater Casablanca’s key water infrastructure projects. Designed to produce up to 300 million m³ of desalinated water per year, the project will help secure the region’s drinking water supply, with BUTEC delivering key electrical and hydromechanical works.

BUTEC poursuit son accompagnement de la province de Marrakech à travers une nouvelle mission dédiée à la planification des infrastructures d’alimentation en eau potable dans des territoires communaux à dominante rurale, comprenant des centres urbanisés, des centres agglomérés ainsi que des douars. Une démarche essentielle pour anticiper les besoins futurs des territoires et accompagner leur développement durable.

BUTEC continues to support the Marrakech province through a new mission focused on planning and developing water supply infrastructure across predominantly rural municipal areas, including urbanized centers, population centers, and douars. This initiative will help anticipate future needs and contribute to the region’s sustainable development.
