Almost Invisible Resort

The project is located on a private hill in the area of Bodrum. The untouched, natural beauty of the site, the rich history of the vicinity, the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and the sustainable eco-living were the guiding parameters in shaping the masterplan. The villas are organized into linear stratas echoing the agricultural landscaping typical to the Mediterranean without disrupting the beautiful hill-scape that accompanies the sailboats as they sail against the coast.

AZ House

The interior spaces of AZ House celebrate the seamless relationship between architecture, landscape, and the surrounding seascape, creating living spaces that are both refined and deeply connected to their setting. Expansive floor-to-ceiling minimal glazing dissolves the boundary between indoors and outdoors, framing uninterrupted panoramic views of the coastline and flooding the interiors with natural light. A restrained material palette of warm timber, natural stone, and muted furnishings reinforces a calm, timeless aesthetic, allowing the dramatic landscape to remain the focal point. Clean architectural lines and carefully proportioned volumes emphasize openness while maintaining a sense of intimacy and comfort.

AY House

Sheltered behind a basalt wall, this horizontal box of a house this private residence embodies a refined architectural language where openness, materiality, and natural light shape a calm and sophisticated living environment. Expansive floor-to-ceiling sliding minimal windows facilitate an indoor/outdoor lifestyle, while vertical anodized aluminum louvers filter sunlight to create ever-changing patterns of light and shadow across warm timber flooring at first floor.

API House

This family home in the Cyclades embraces the region's architectural heritage through thoughtful integration of vernacular elements and contemporary comfort. Whitewashed walls and minimal ornamentation create a serene backdrop, while built-in storage and shelving—a hallmark of traditional island design—maximize space and define each functional zone.Expansive windows frame uninterrupted Aegean vistas, drawing the landscape indoors. Natural materials—stone, wood, plaster—connect the interior to the island's raw beauty.

YM House

YM House is a reinterpretation of the traditional courtyard house typology found in Deir El Qamar, a historic village in the Chouf region of Mount Lebanon. At the center of the house, the living spaces unfurl around a fair-faced concrete courtyard hosting an internal green oasis, bringing a sheltered landscape pocket into the home. The traditional Lebanese Liwan is reinterpreted through rammed concrete and glass—a contemporary semi-open transition between interior and exterior.

Nautile

The formal living space is anchored by a dramatic double-height volume with a softly curving stone-clad wall that wraps around the seating area, creating a sense of enclosure within the expansive room.

Floor-to-ceiling windows are dressed with sheer white drapery that diffuses abundant natural light, casting soft shadows across the textured stone surfaces. A large custom bookshelf spans the length of the curved wall, featuring warm oak shelving supported by slender darkened brass uprights.

Nautile

The Nautile villa embodies a sense of elegance, delicacy, and the smoothness of a carefully honed shell—a protected natural capsule for living.

The central staircase and circulation hallway is located at the heart of this villa. A water pond courtyard is facing the elevator lobby, filling the space with natural light. This hallway leads to the reception and dining areas, fully opened to the sea and the gardens.
The material palette for the interiors of this villa is very soft: Niwala stone, Travertine, warm color timber, dark bronze brass and white onyx.

Geode, Interior Design

The formal living space opens onto the central courtyard from one side, and to the sea and gardens from the other side. A library feature wall is embedded in a full height niche, with a backdrop of grooved stone. Backlit onyx tiles animates this wall . A palette of soft stone tone and wood is consistently applied across these entities, ensuring cohesion and harmony in the house’s architectural identity.
