A lot of people see our wall assembly clips and assume the whole house is basically done in a day. Fair confusion, so let's clear it up. 🏠

The precast walls themselves do go up fast, often in under a day, since they arrive prefabricated and just need to be lifted into place. But a finished home involves a lot more than structure. Our 6 month timeline covers the full turnkey build: stone cladding on the facade, roofing, electrical, plumbing, sewage lines, interior finishing, all of it.

*Two floors houses or adding a basement will take more than 6 months.
