Product System Category
AluMet is of leading façade sub-contractors in curtain wall industry. We provide clients integrated solution including design, manufacture and installation of façade works.
With competitive independent design & research abilities, AluMet staff has developed and applied various curtain wall products, including stick curtain wall systems and unitized (also known as modular) systems which represent top façade technologies.
In the stick system, the curtain wall frame (mullions) and glass or opaque panels are installed and connected together piece by piece. In the unitized system, the curtain wall is composed of large units that are assembled and glazed in the factory, shipped to the site and erected on the building. Vertical and horizontal mullions of the modules mate together with the adjoining modules. Modules are generally constructed one story tall or two stories as per the design and one module wide but may incorporate multiple modules. Typical units are five to six feet wide.
Both the unitized and stick-built systems are designed to be either interior or exterior glazed systems. Interior and exterior glazed systems offer different advantages and disadvantages. Interior glazed systems allow for glass or opaque panel installation into the curtain wall openings from the interior of the building. Details are not provided for interior glazed systems because air infiltration is a concern with interior glazed systems. Interior glazed systems are typically specified for applications with limited interior obstructions to allow adequate access to the interior of the curtain wall. For low rise construction with easy access to the building, outside glazing is typically specified. For high-rise construction, interior glazing is sometimes used due to access and logistics of replacing glass from a swing stage.
In exterior glazed systems, glass and opaque panels are installed from the exterior of the curtain wall. Exterior glazed systems require swing stage or scaffolding access to the exterior of the curtain wall for repair or replacement. Some curtain wall systems can be glazed from either the interior or exterior.
Vision glass is predominantly insulating glass and may have one or both layers laminated, usually fixed but sometimes glazed into operable window frames that are incorporated into the curtain wall framing.
Spandrel glass can be monolithic, laminated, or insulating glass. The spandrel glass can be made opaque through the use of pacifiers (film/paint or ceramic frit) applied on an unexposed surface or through "shadow box" construction, i.e., providing an enclosed space behind clear spandrel glass. Shadow box construction creates a perception of depth behind the spandrel glass that is sometimes desired.
Metal panels can take various forms including aluminum plate, stainless steel or other non-corrosive metal, thin composite panels consisting of two thin aluminum sheets sandwiching a thin plastic interlayer, or panels consisting of metal sheets bonded to rigid insulation, with or without an inner metal sheet to create a sandwich panel.
As the curtain wall often comprises one part of a building's wall system. AluMet is always careful integration with adjacent elements such as other wall claddings, roofs, and base of wall details for a successful installation.
UNITIZED SYSTEM
Unitized System is an external cladding for high – class building that matches the development trend of the architectural industry. It features standardized design and process. The production is fully finished in factory and installation on-site is conducted by machinery.
Unitized system is the most mature and popular system among jingo's products. The project experiences of more than one hundred projects provide not only abundant experiences in design and construction management, but also makes it one of the largest curtain wall design & research and manufacturing company in the world.

Adoption of Structural sealing between units , no need of on – site application of sealant ,no impact of weather on sealing quality , extraordinary accommodating displacement of main structure applicable for super high – rise buildings .

STICK SYSTEM
Stick system is another widely used external cladding system. It is a frame – supported curtain wall, for which aluminum mullion, transom and glazed are installed on site in proper order. The glass panel can be integrated with sub-frame on plant and then fix into the aluminum frame consisting of mullion and transoms on site. The load received by the glass panel will be transmitted to the main structure via mullion and transoms.
Stick systems can be classified as following: Exposed – frame stick System: the supporting aluminum frames are visible on the exterior of glass panel Hidden-frame Stick System: the supporting aluminum frames are invisible on the exterior.
Glass panel Semi hidden-frame Stick System: vertical mullions or horizontal transoms are visible on the exterior glass panel.

- Using weather-sealing sealant, with good water tightness, air tightness, thermal and acoustic performance, and the ability to resist certain relative storey movement.
POINT-FIXED SYSTEM
This system consists of glass panel, stainless steel spiders and supporting structure, which is further classified into the following categories: Steel Truss Type

STRUCTURAL GLASS FIN SYSTEM
The structural glazed system consists of glass fins and glass panels, which is classified into hanging type, bottom-supported type and hidden cable glass fin type.

Structural glazed system is fully transparent and all-in-view curtain wall form, which pursue exchange and integration between the internal and external spaces.
The system is light in weight, and features simple selection of material, processing in factories, fast construction on site and convenient maintenance.
