Using KEOโs 75,000+ sqm Samhan Parking project in Diriyah as a case study, Simon shared how weekly 360ยฐ captures helped teams track progress, identify bottlenecks and close 8,000+ QA/QC observations.
On Samhan, physical site inspection time was reduced by over 50%, while time spent on daily progress reporting fell by around 60%.
