Sandbox Riverside – A space for youths to experiment (Part 2)

ផ្អែកលើគោលគំនិតចម្បងរបស់យើងគឺ ការរក្សាចំណាយឱ្យនៅកម្រិតទាបបំផុត យើងបានបង្កើតនូវគំរូប្លង់មួយចំនួន ដែលផ្តល់លទ្ធភាពឱ្យសហគ្រិនវ័យក្មេងអាចចាប់ផ្ដើមអាជីវកម្មបានភ្លាមៗ។ តើជាហាងម៉ាត់ឆា? ហាងកាហ្វេ? ឬក៏ហាងលក់គ្រឿងសម្អាង? គ្រប់យ៉ាងគឺសុទ្ធតែអាចទៅរួចទាំងអស់។
គំរូរចនាទាំងនេះ ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងបង្ហាញដល់សហគ្រិនវ័យក្មេងឱ្យឃើញថា អ្វីៗគ្រប់យ៉ាងអាចកើតឡើងបាន សូម្បីតែចាប់ផ្តើមដោយទុនតិចតួចក៏ដោយ។

With our main mindset to keep cost low, we designed a few possible designs that are possible for young entrepreneurs to start with. A matcha shop? Coffee shop? A make up shop? Anything is possible.

These conceptual designs are made for young entrepreneurs to see what is possible with just a little bit.

តើអ្វីទៅដែលយើងអាចធ្វើបាន ដើម្បីផ្ដល់ជាវេទិកាមួយសម្រាប់យុវជនកម្ពុជាក្នុងការបញ្ចេញសមត្ថភាព និងការរៀនសូត្រថ្មីៗ? នេះគឺជាសំណួរដែលយើងតែងតែសួរខ្លួនឯង ហើយយើងចង់ស្វែងរកចម្លើយសម្រាប់វា។

នោះហើយគឺជាមូលហេតុដែលកន្លែងមួយនេះត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើង។ នៅតំបន់មាត់ទន្លេ យើងបានសង្កេតឃើញថា មានគម្រោងអគារជាច្រើនដែលមិនទាន់បានបញ្ចប់ ហើយយើងក៏មានគំនិតថា "ហេតុអ្វីមិនយកវាមកប្រើប្រាស់ឱ្យមានប្រយោជន៍ និងប្រែក្លាយវាទៅជាអ្វីមួយដែលអាចផ្តល់ផលចំណេញដល់លំហូរភ្ញៀវទេសចរក្នុងតំបន់នេះ?"

តាមរយៈការកែប្រែអគារផ្ទះល្វែងដែលមានស្រាប់ ឱ្យទៅជាកន្លែងអាជីវកម្មបែបសហគមន៍ គោលដៅរបស់យើងគឺសាមញ្ញបំផុត៖ រចនាទីកន្លែងមួយដែលធ្វើឱ្យយុវជនទាក់ទាញចិត្តឲ្យចង់មកលេង។

ដោយប្រើប្រាស់សម្ភារៈសាមញ្ញៗ និងគំនិតរចនាដែលមានតម្លៃសមរម្យ យើងរក្សាភាពសាមញ្ញនៃទីតាំងនេះ ដើម្បីទុកទីធ្លាឱ្យយុវជនមានសេរីភាពក្នុងការស្វែងយល់ពីខ្លួនឯង។ ការជួលកំណត់ក្នុងតម្លៃទាបបំផុត ដើម្បីឱ្យពួកគេអាចចាប់ផ្ដើមអ្វីមួយពីតូច ដោយមិនចាំបាច់ចំណាយទុនច្រើនពេក ហើយអាចនាំមិត្តភក្តិ និងក្រុមគ្រួសារមកគាំទ្របាន។ យើងកំពុងប្រែក្លាយទីនេះទៅជាសហគមន៍ "ខ្មែរគាំទ្រខ្មែរ" (KSK) ដែលសហគ្រិនវ័យក្មេងមានកន្លែងមានសុវត្ថិភាពមួយ ដើម្បីចាប់ផ្ដើមអ្វីដែលពួកគេតែងតែចង់សាកល្បងធ្វើកន្លងមក។

What can we do to give the youths of Cambodia a platform to experiment. That was the question that we had and we wanted an answer for it.

That’s how this space was created. At Riverside, we noticed that there were a lot of unfinished projects and we thought, why not make use of it and turn it into something that can be beneficial for the natural tourism footfall of the area.

Turning an existing apartment shophouse building into a communal retail commercial space, our target is simple. Design a space where youths are excited to visit.

Using simple materials and affordable design ideas, we keep the space simple to give the youth the space to explore. The commercial unit rentals are kept cheap to allow them to start something small without breaking the bank and bring their friends and family to support. Turning this space into a KSK (Khmer support Khmer) community, where young entrepreneurs has a safe space to start something that they always wanted to try.

The Park – A new concept for parking

នៅចំកណ្តាលបេះដូងនៃតំបន់បឹងកេងកង បញ្ហាដ៏ធំមួយដែលកំពុងកើតមាន គឺចំណតយានយន្ត។ ការចតយានយន្តនៅតាមដងផ្លូវ តែងតែជាបញ្ហាប្រឈមនៅក្នុងតំបន់នេះ ជាពិសេសក្នុងអំឡុងពេលដែលមានចរាចរណ៍មមាញឹកបំផុត។

ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហានេះ យើងបានបង្កើតនូវគំនិតនៃអគារចំណតយានយន្តមួយ ដែលសាងសង់ឡើងយ៉ាងសម្រិតសម្រាំងសម្រាប់តំបន់នេះផ្ទាល់។ ប៉ុន្តែដើម្បីឱ្យគម្រោងនេះកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព យើងក៏បានគិតគូរពីទីធ្លានេះដើម្បីប្រើប្រាស់ឱ្យអស់ពីលទ្ធភាព ។ នេះគឺជាទីកន្លែងដែលចំណតយានយន្ត និងហាងទំនិញរួមបញ្ចូលគ្នាជាតែមួយ។

វាគឺជាអគារចំណតដែលរួមបញ្ចូលគ្នាជាមួយទីធ្លាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងហាងលក់ទំនិញផ្សេងៗ។ វាជាទីកន្លែងដែលអ្នកធ្វើដំណើរអាចរកកន្លែងចតយានយន្តរបស់ពួកគេ ហើយចំណាយពេលបន្តនៅទីនោះ ដែលប្រែក្លាយទីធ្លាដ៏ស្ងប់ស្ងាត់ ឱ្យទៅជាទីធ្លាដ៏អ៊ូអរ ។

Right in the heart of Beoung Keng Kang, there is a huge problem. Parking. Road parking has always been an issue around the area where traffic during the peak hour is the most congested.

To solve this issue, we conceptualized a carpark built specifically for this area. But to make this work, we also thought about how we can fully utilize this space. This is where parking and retail comes together.

A carpark mixed with commercial and retail spaces. A space where commuters find a space to park their vehicles and stays there for more, turning a dead space into a live one.

Elite – A new exclusive concept residence

នៅពេលយើងនិយាយអំពីភាពផ្តាច់មុខ "ឯកជនភាព" គឺជាអ្វីដែលយើងនឹកឃើញមុនគេបង្អស់។ ក្នុងទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ទោះបីជាមានលំនៅឋានប្រណីតៗជាច្រើន ប៉ុន្តែបញ្ហាឯកជនភាពនៅតែជាកង្វល់ដ៏ធំមួយ។
នេះគឺជាអ្វីដែលយើងបានដោះស្រាយ។

Elite គឺជាលំនៅឋានលំដាប់Ultra-private ដែលត្រូវបានរចនាឡើងយ៉ាងសម្រិតសម្រាំង ដោយមានតែ ១ យូនីតប៉ុណ្ណោះក្នុងមួយជាន់។ ជណ្តើរយន្តឯកជននឹងនាំអ្នកទៅដល់មាត់ទ្វារបន្ទប់ផ្ទាល់ ដោយលែងមានការរំខាន ឬមានភាពអៀនខ្មាស់ក្នុងការជួបអ្នកជិតខាងទៀតហើយ។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ យើងមានសួនច្បារដ៏ធំនៅផ្នែកកណ្តាល និងនៅលើដំបូលអគារ បម្រើអតិថិជន ២៤ ម៉ោង ព្រមទាំងបរិក្ខារពេញលេញដូចជា ស្ប៉ាផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន ចុងភៅឯកជន និងចំណតរថយន្តផងដែរ។

សម្រាប់គម្រោងដ៏វិសេសវិសាលបែបនេះ បទដ្ឋាននៃការរស់នៅរបស់ម្ចាស់លំនៅឋានក៏ត្រូវបានកំណត់ក្នុងកម្រិតខ្ពស់បំផុតផងដែរ។ ហេតុដូច្នេះហើយ ទើបយើងបានបំពាក់នូវជណ្តើរយន្តសម្រាប់រថយន្ត ដែលអាចនាំយករថយន្តដ៏មានតម្លៃបំផុតរបស់អ្នក ឡើងទៅកាន់អាផាតមិនផ្ទាល់ ដើម្បីដាក់បង្ហាញលម្អដូចជាស្នាដៃសិល្បៈដ៏មួយអញ្ចឹង។

When we think about exclusivity, Privacy is the first that comes to mind. In Phnom Penh, there are many high-end luxury residences, but privacy has always been an issue.

That’s what we tried to solve.

Elite is an ultra-private residence, designed with 1 unit on each level. Private lifts that bring you up to your doorstep, no more awkward interactions with your neighbors. A large outdoor garden in the mid-section and rooftop of the building, 24/7 concierge, full amenities such as in-house spa, private chefs and valets.

With such projects, the requirement for the residents is high too. That is why we built in a car lift, bringing the residents most prized car right up to their apartment, to showcase like an art piece.

A build for the elite.
