គម្រោងរចនាផ្ទះកប់ស្រូវ | Kop Srov Residence

This residence exemplifies a distinctly contemporary architectural aesthetic — clean form and volume define the exterior, while the interior is unified through open-plan living, dining, mini bar, and dry kitchen areas into a single integrated space, connected by continuous sightlines and full-height glazing that blur the threshold between interior and landscape.

Sliding glass doors open the living space directly onto a lush lawn and mature shade trees, allowing the surrounding greenery to read as an extension of the interior — softening the architecture's clean lines with natural environment and framing every room with a living, breathing view.

From the rhythmic colonnade to the integrated seating steps, our latest design blurs the line between interior and outdoor space.

The architecture prioritizes passive cooling through an intentional open-plan layout that encourages constant cross-ventilation. Meanwhile, the material palette creates a tactile dialogue among polished dark wood, artisanal woven rattan, and the grounding weight of concrete. To shape the experience, multi-level terracing generates spatial depth without restrictive walls, forming functional outdoor seating that connects to the outside garden.
