+ជាគំរោង ភោជនីយដ្ធាន បំរេីដោយអាហារខ្មែរចំរុះសម្បូរបែប ដោយស្ថាបត្យករបានពិភាក្សារជាមួយម្ចាស់គំរោង ធ្វេីការវិភាគនិងបញ្ចូលគោលគំនិតមួយចំនួនអំពីបរិបថខ្មែរមួយចំនួន ដោយស្វែងយល់ដកស្រង់ពី ផ្នត់គំនិតនៃការរស់នៅស្រុកស្រែចំការ ដោយមានការ ទទួលទានអាហារ ជុំគ្រួសារ ដែរនៅជុំវិញមានបរិស្ថានបៃតងនៅជុំវិញ ការរស់នៅជួបជុំគ្នា ប្រកបដោយបរិយាកាស ខ្យល់ អាកាសស្រស់ថ្លា រួមបញ្ចូលនៅទំរង់ស្ថាបត្យកម្មផ្ទះខ្ទមខ្មែរតាមស្រែចំការ និងសំភារះជាសំណង់ស្រាល តាមពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន ។
+មិនត្រឹមតែប៉ុណ្ណោះគោលគំនិតយេីងចង់បង្កេីតអោយមានទំនាក់ទំនងទៅ និង សួនច្បារនៅខាងក្រៅ នេះផងដែរ ក៏ដូចជាដេីម្បីផ្តល់នូវភាពរស់រវើក,ភាពទាក់ទាញ,ក៏ដូចជាអត្តសញាណស្របទៅតាមជាភោជនីយដ្ធាន អារហារខ្មែរចំរុះ។
As a restaurant serving a wide variety of traditional Khmer dishes, the architects worked closely with the project owner to analyze and develop a design concept that incorporates elements of the Khmer way of life. The inspiration was drawn from the lifestyle of rural farming communities, where families gather to share meals in a green natural environment. The concept reflects a communal way of living, surrounded by fresh air and a pleasant atmosphere. These ideas are expressed through architectural forms inspired by traditional Khmer countryside cottages, combined with contemporary construction materials and techniques.
In addition, our concept aims to create a strong connection with the surrounding outdoor garden. This relationship is intended to enhance the sense of vitality, attractiveness, and identity of the space, while remaining consistent with the character of a restaurant that offers a diverse selection of Khmer cuisine។
