Job Title: HR & Business Administration Officer
Department: FTB Tower Property Project
Location: FTB Tower, Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Job Summary
This comprehensive role covers human resources, administration, business & cost‑budget support for FTB Tower property project. Reporting directly to the Property Project Manager, the incumbent supports internal departments, communicates with vendors and external partners, and coordinates with CCMC Headquarters for cost accounting and budget preparation to ensure smooth daily project operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources: Conduct recruitment activities including CV screening, interview arrangement and candidate file collation; manage employee on‑boarding, off‑boarding and personnel files; collect and verify attendance records; assist local labor‑related administrative work.
Administration: Manage office supplies, document filing and archiving; organize meetings, take meeting minutes and follow up action items; support reception and internal‑external document circulation.
Business Support: Liaise with vendors and business partners; follow up contract performance, sort supporting documents for vendor payment settlement; coordinate with CCMC Headquarters to prepare monthly / quarterly / annual manpower cost reports and compile annual project budget; assist contract, invoice and quotation sorting, maintain business ledgers; draft and reply to Chinese‑English emails, translate business documents.
Perform other ad‑hoc assignments from Property Project Manager and cross‑department support.
Requirements
College degree or above in Human Resources, Administration, Business, Finance or related majors.
2‑3 years of relevant working experience. Practical experience in budget preparation, cost ledger management and vendor settlement is required. Experience in Chinese‑funded property / construction project in Cambodia is preferred, basic knowledge of local labor regulations is an advantage.

Job Title: Fit‑Out Supervisor
Department: FTB Tower Property Management
Location: FTB Tower, Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Job Summary
Take full overall responsibility for all tenant fit‑out management within FTB office tower. Manage the whole cycle of tenant renovation including drawing review, permit approval, site supervision, quality & safety control, inspection & acceptance, corrective action closure. Coordinate with tenants, contractors, engineering, security and janitor teams to protect building structure & public assets and maintain normal building operation.
Key Responsibilities
Review tenant fit‑out drawings (architectural, structural, MEP & fire‑safety), identify risks to building main structure and issue review comments.
Manage fit‑out permit issuance, site induction, regular site inspection, monitor workmanship, construction noise, dust and waste disposal.
Enforce HSE rules for renovation works, manage hot‑work & high‑risk activities, issue non‑conformity notices and follow up rectification closure.
Liaise with tenants, contractors and internal departments to resolve on‑site conflicts.
Organize final acceptance for completed fit‑out works, maintain complete fit‑out document filing.
Report fit‑out progress, risks & major issues to Property Project Manager.
Requirements
College degree or above in Civil / Construction Engineering. Registered Engineer is preferred. Solid knowledge of building structure, MEP and fire‑safety; good ability to read construction drawings.
Minimum 3‑years working experience in commercial high‑rise building tenant fit‑out management. Prior experience at FTB Tower is an advantage.
Fluent in English for drawing review, meeting discussion & report writing; fluent Khmer for local contractor communication.
Strong coordination & risk‑assessment skill, capable of handling multiple parallel renovation projects, firm on building compliance rules.
Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD for drawing review; familiar with construction HSE requiremen
