ក្រុមហ៊ុន ធីភី ម៉ូរ៉ាល់ គ្រុប មានកិត្តិយសក្នុងការគាំទ្រចំពោះគម្រោង Build4People (B4P) ដែលជាការសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងកម្ពុជា និងអាល្លឺម៉ង់ ដោយមានបំណងពង្រឹងគុណភាពការរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាជននៅទីក្រុង និងជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាពនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។
ក្នុងសន្និសីទគម្រោង នាថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ លោក ឃុន សេងផេង អគ្គនាយកប្រតិបត្តិក្រុមហ៊ុន ធីភី ម៉ូរ៉ាល់ គ្រុប បានថ្លែងថា តាមរយៈភាពជាដៃគូជាមួយ Build4People, ក្រុមហ៊ុន ធីភី ម៉ូរ៉ាល់ គ្រុប ប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការរួមបញ្ចូលនិរន្តរភាព ភាពអាចរស់នៅបាន ការទទួលខុសត្រូវផ្នែកបរិស្ថាន និងកន្លែងសាធារណៈដែលមានគុណភាពទៅក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍដែលក្រុមហ៊ុនបានបង្កើតឡើង។ គោលការណ៍ទាំងនេះមានសារៈសំខាន់ណាស់ក្នុងការបង្កើតបរិស្ថានទីក្រុង ដែលអាចបម្រើដល់មនុស្សជំនាន់បច្ចុប្បន្ន និងអនាគត។
លោកបន្ថែមថា តាមរយៈការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងរៀបចំផែនការ របស់ក្រុមនិស្សិតចម្រុះ ស្តី អំពីការរៀបចំទីក្រុង បាននាំមកនូវទស្សនៈដ៏មានតម្លៃដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍ មេគង្គ ឃី (Mekong Quay City) ។ ការវិភាគ គំនិត និងអនុសាសន៍ទាំងនេះបានផ្តល់នូវការយល់ដឹងដ៏មានអត្ថន័យអំពីរបៀបនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍទីក្រុងទ្រង់ទ្រាយធំ ដែលឆ្លើយតបបានកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើងចំពោះបញ្ហាប្រឈមផ្នែកបរិស្ថាន សង្គម និងទីក្រុង។
ទន្ទឹមគ្នានេះ លោកថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់សាលារាជធានី និងស្ថានទូតអាល្លឺម៉ង់ ចំពោះការគាំទ្រគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើម បង្កើតគម្រោង Build4People ដែលលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់កិច្ចសហការអន្តរជាតិ និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរចំណេះដឹង។ ជាបន្ត គម្រោង Build4People នេះ នឹងអនុវត្តសកម្មភាពនានា ដូចជា រៀបចំឧបករណ៍ និងកម្មវិធីវាយតម្លៃសម្រាប់គ្រប់គ្រងរៀបចំក្រុងតាមប្រព័ន្ធឌីជីថលជាមួយ CityLab Berlin និងមហាវិទ្យាល័យ ត្រេស្តេន, ផ្តល់ជំនួយបច្ចេកទេសផ្នែកអភិវឌ្ឍរៀបចំទីក្រុង និងទីក្រុងឆ្លាតវៃ ព្រមទាំងកសាង សមត្ថិភាពមន្ត្រីរដ្ឋបាលរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ជាពិសេសដល់មជ្ឍមណ្ឌលទីក្រុងឆ្លាតវៃ នៃរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ (Phnom Penh Smart City Hub), រៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាជាមួយភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សា ដើម្បីផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍ ព្រមទាំងផលិតផែនទីរៀបចំក្រុងសម្រាប់រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ នៅតំបន់ដែលមិនទាន់មានប្លង់លម្អិត។

TP Moral Group is honored to support the Build4People (B4P) Project, a collaborative initiative between Cambodia and Germany aimed at enhancing the urban quality of life and promoting sustainable development in Phnom Penh.
During the “Enhancing Quality of Life Through Sustainable Urban Transformation in Cambodia” Build4People Presentation conference on 13 March 2026, Mr. Khun Sengpheng, CEO of TP Moral Group, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to integrating sustainability, livability, environmental responsibility, and high quality public spaces into all of its developments. These principles are essential to shaping urban environments that serve both current and future generations.
He further highlighted that the research and urban planning studies conducted by multidisciplinary student teams have provided valuable insights for the development of Mekong Quay City. Their analyses, ideas, and recommendations offer meaningful perspectives on large-scale urban development that better respond to environmental, social, and urban challenges.
At the same time, he expressed gratitude to the Phnom Penh Capital Administration and the German Embassy for their support of the Build4People initiative, which encourages international cooperation and knowledge exchange. Moving forward, the Build4People Project will continue implementing activities such as developing digital urban management tools in collaboration with CityLab Berlin and Dresden University, providing technical support for urban planning and smart city development, and strengthening the capacity of Phnom Penh Capital Administration officials—especially the Phnom Penh Smart City Hub. The project will also organize stakeholder workshops, study visits, and produce urban planning maps for areas of the capital that currently lack detailed plans.
