The Challenge: A client's excavation for a new foundation had become unstable due to cotton soil. Filling the pit with standard materials wouldn't suffice. We needed a solution that was both strong and durable.
Our Solution: Boulders! We strategically placed large boulders throughout the pit, creating a solid base that could withstand even the most demanding construction pressures. But that wasn't enough. We then employed a powerful ramming technique to compact the surrounding soil, ensuring the entire foundation was stable and secure.
The Result: A rock-solid foundation ready for construction to resume! And just like that, we were back on track, and the project was moving forward once again.
