6. Ensures all statutory approvals and guidelines in the construction industry are adhered to.
7. Sources for all approvals with necessary bodies.
8. Is an overall project supervisor to ensure client needs, quality and specifications are met in time.
9. Provides final drawings that will be a base for other drawings in service works.
