CHINT PVSTAR Kisumu Flagship Store Successfully Held Its Sales Recruitment Gala 🇰🇪☀️

Last week, the CHINT-PVSTAR Africa Kisumu Flagship Store successfully held one of its biggest local team events of the year — the Sales Recruitment Gala! 🎉 More than a hundred CHINT-PVSTAR Africa family members joined us, including local sales teams from Kisumu, newly joined local sales agents, as well as team leaders and management representatives.

✨ The morning sessions focused on product training, company policies, and contract signing — helping our local sales teams better understand how to serve different home solar needs across local communities.
🔧 Installation and PAYGO training sessions were also provided to strengthen local service and after-sales support capabilities for Kenyan families.
📸 The event ended with group photos, welcome gifts, and travel support for all participating CHINT-PVSTAR Africa family members. 🎁

🌍 Meet John Ochieng Ouma, —the Regional Manager of CHINT-PVSTAR Africa, managing both Migori County and Homa Bay County. ☀️John joined CHINT-PVSTAR Africa in January 2025, and for him, this work is about much more than just selling solar systems.
