Nestled in Nairobi, Tee Mutter embodies contemporary elegance on a compact parcel of land. Despite its landlocked setting, the design maximizes internal vistas. The residence is thoughtfully oriented towards a front garden, seamlessly connecting with the lounge terrace below, while quietly drawing attention from the bedrooms on the first floor and the gym and terrace above.

Gables | Tigoni
Gables is a residence that combines traditional charm with modern open principles. Its steeply angled roofline not only adds visual interest but also creates a dramatic double-volume lounge area flooded with natural light. Expansive windows frame views of the front garden and beyond, inviting the outdoors in. The use of natural finishes like timber and natural stone work to integrates the home with its surroundings, providing a tranquil retreat that feels both luxurious and grounded.

Construction is underway on ‘The Riviera House,’ a private residence in Tigoni. To capture the abundance of natural light, floor-to-ceiling windows and skillion roofings were employed. Natural stone cladding in combination with the beige cream accents and outdoor lighting work together to create undeniable elegance. The coziness of the fireplace, open spaces and recessed lighting adds a touch of comfort and warmth to this home.
